- 1Click "Copy Signature" above
- 2Open Gmail and click the ⚙️ gear icon → "See all settings"
- 3Scroll down to the "Signature" section
- 4Click "+ Create new" and give it a name
- 5Click inside the signature editor and press Ctrl+V (or ⌘V on Mac) to paste
- 6Set it as default for new emails and replies, then click "Save Changes"
Outlook on the Web (outlook.com)
- 1Click "Copy Signature" above
- 2Click the ⚙️ gear icon → "View all Outlook settings"
- 3Go to Mail → Compose and reply
- 4Click "+ New signature", paste with Ctrl+V, and click "Save"
Outlook Desktop (Windows/Mac)
- 1Click "Copy HTML" above instead
- 2Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures
- 3Click "New", name your signature
- 4Paste the HTML code into the editor and click "OK"
- 1Click "Copy Signature" above
- 2Open Mail → click "Mail" in the menu bar → "Settings"
- 3Go to the "Signatures" tab
- 4Click "+" to create a new signature
- 5Click in the right-side preview area and press ⌘V to paste
- 6Assign it to your email account using the dropdown at the bottom
- 1Click "Copy Signature" above
- 2Open Yahoo Mail and click the ⚙️ gear icon → "More settings"
- 3Click "Mailboxes" in the left menu, then select your email address
- 4Scroll to "Signature", toggle it on
- 5Click in the signature box and press Ctrl+V (or ⌘V) to paste
